Mimix is mobile application developed by MindsBox company, based start up that was founded in 2010 with the mission to help Hard-hearing people and deaf around the world in innovative ways by translating speech to sign language and text to sign language quickly and easily.

In early 2010, the Mimix founding team began working full-time to make the Mimix service spectacular.

We were proud to be named one of 15 best start up in MENA region of 2011 due to thenextweb.com, and have continued to improve mimix feature set and ease. We aim to bridge the communication gap with a marginalized part of the society by providing a solution that will make interaction easier and more convenient within many environments such as Universities, Work place, Hospitals, Restaurants, Airports and Government Institutions. In addition, friends of the Hard of Hearing can learn Sign Language interactively through miroring the signs of the avatar and memorizing the most important words they want to say.
