Troubleshooting

In HTC Wildfire: There is no way for the user to change the menu language. The default language in English. In Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 LTE: The application does not start and stops working while trying. In Samsung GT-I5500: The application stops working while the user selects the embeded keyboard. In addition the symbols and the words of the buttons do not appear.
